Sue Lieberman is the chief consultant of Mayfield Consulting. She is a Gestalt and Group Analytically trained organisational consultant and a practising psychotherapist. She has worked extensively as a consultant in the public sector and the non-profit sector, as well as in major private sector corporations. She has worked on leadership development courses, and has been coaching and mentoring individuals for over 15 years.
Sue has been studying group and organisational dynamics for years, and is highly skilled in team and group facilitation. She is particularly interested in how unconscious beliefs in an organisation interact with its emotional life and performance.
Sue is firmly convinced of the value of peer learning and support. She has facilitated many Action Learning Sets and has trained many internal developers in ALS facilitation skills. She has a keen interest in complexity theory and its application to organisational development, and has designed some very effective large-system interventions.
She is the author of several articles and papers on themes such as the value of coaching; gender relationships at work; and skills for organisational development.
